Corn-fed and specially aged, chargrilled with mustard seed, thyme and cumin. Served with gorgonzola-chive butter and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Regular or House cut. Also available simply chargrilled with maitre d' butter.

PRIME GRADE TOP SIRLOIN
